Evaluation

You will be evaluated in three areas: Your student created pet, your pet report form, and your ability to work with your partner.

Student Created Pet	Pet has more than two of the fives senses	Pet has only one of the five senses	Pet has two of the five senses evident
Pet Report	Report includes pet name and the two senses that it has.	Report includes pet name, two senses, and what the pet is able to do.	Report includes pet name, two senses, what the pet is able to do, and what the pet is unable to do.
Cooperative Group Work	Minimal participation with partner. Does not share responsibility for completing work.	Adequate participation with partner. Shares some of the responsibility for completing work.	Maximum participation with partner. Shares equally the responsibility for completing the work.
