Volunteer/Community Services:

Community service sites must be PRE-APPROVED and forms are available in the guidance office or through this link http://www.collierschools.com/Student_services/docs/CommunityServiceHS.pdf

Please note that church activities or hours worked at “for profit” organizations will not be accepted as community service.

IT IS DISTRICT POLICY THAT WE CANNOT GIVE CREDIT UNLESS THE SITE HAS BEEN PRE-APPROVED.
