The Planning & Accountability/Staff Development Division's functions:

  • Facilitates district planning processes, including strategic planning
  • Administers national, state and local assessment programs
  • Designs and supports the district’s Data Warehouse
  • Implements the state’s Differentiated Accountability Program

The Division is proud to support the District’s mission of “providing exceptional educational opportunities that motivate and engage each student” by providing support to teachers and staff with their professional development; providing timely access to student data; supporting schools in their school improvement process and continuous progress monitoring programs; and supporting the Superintendent and School Board in their professional development needs and evaluations.
