Access Denied
Session Timed Out - You probably have more than 1 instance of ANGEL open on your computer. Close all windows of Internet Explorer and ANGEL and log into ANGEL again
Why do the tabs overlap and I can't read them? You are using an incorrect version of the browser. You need to use Internet explorer 7 or FireFox 3.
Apples' Safari browser doesn't work. ANGEL does not support the Safari browser. You can download Firefox to your Apple computer and ANGEL will work fine.
Access Denied error

The recommended web browser for ANGEL is Firefox which is available as a free download online for both Windows and Mac at http://getfirefox.com. Internet Explorer on Windows is also compatible but more problems have been experienced with it. Internet Explorer on the Mac is not recommended as there are many known problems. There are also some known problems with Safari. Netscape and the full Mozilla suite is also compatible.
ANGEL supports the following browsers on a PC:
- Internet Explorer 7
- Firefox 2+, and Firefox 3 (download)
Make sure Java is enabled.
By default, this should be set correctly.
To check in Internet Explorer, from the main menu:
- Select Tools > Internet Options
- Select the Advanced Tab
- Scroll Down to Java and make sure the box is checked.
Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies.
By default Internet Explorer accepts cookies so unless you have modified your privacy settings, this should already be set properly.
ANGEL supports the following on a MAC:
- Operating system must be at least OS x
- OS X Tiger, Leopard and Jaguar. (10.3, 10.4 & 10.5)
