Responding
to the book Hey, Little Ant by Phillip and Hannah Hoose, second graders
will research ants to determine their value. They will collaborate to make
a persuasive group presentation and write and illustrate an ending to the
story. |

Our Five Senses |

Graders will work in pairs to research the five senses and then create a
pet that has only two of the five senses, discovering how this inhibits
their pet from being able to do certain things. |
